It's Autumn in the Twin Cities and our Carrot Cake is in high demand.  I think it must be the color and the spices for this time of year.  I would hope no one would die for it.  Full of rich spices, carrots, pineapple, coconut are just a few of the ingredients in this gem of sweetness.
