SWEET TWEET SPRING EVERYONE!

This has been a Sweet Tweet Spring wouldn't you say?  I love having a longer spring than going into a hot hot summer. It is so much easier making cakes for the Wedding Couple's Day. Melting or very soft Buttercream is not fun. As a Cake Designer/Dessert Maker I only want it to be the very best for my couple and their guests. A refrigerated truck I think is next on the list so I don't have to worry anymore about Buttercream. Happy Sweet Tweet Spring!
