Bridal Cupcakes are so popular this year. Abit more time consuming for us Bakers, but so much less fuss! Everyone wants to watch their wallet and this is really just a great way of having your cake and eating it too. My Bride for an October Wedding decided on the fall theme for her little cakes. Hand Piped Fall Colored Mums and Dark Chocolate Swirls on Mocha Buttercream should do the trick! I'll post pictures after the October 3rd Wedding.
